Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rev-N-Ryd mobile app and the Rev-N-Ryd website (together, the "Service"). Rev-N-Ryd is owned and operated by M/s Anveshi Ventures, a partnership firm in India, with its principal place of business at Natthulal Katre, Ward No. 33, Hari Om Nagar, Gaykhuri, Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh 481001, India. "We", "us" and "Rev-N-Ryd" mean M/s Anveshi Ventures, which is the party you are contracting with under these Terms. "You" means you, the rider using the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Community Guidelines. The Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. If you don't agree to them, don't use Rev-N-Ryd.

1. What Rev-N-Ryd is — and what it is not

Rev-N-Ryd is a technology platform. It gives riders tools: profiles and garages, connections, Circles, a way to create and join rides, maps and route planning, chat, live position sharing during a ride, and live group voice.

Riders use those tools to arrange their own rides in the real world. We are not part of those rides.

To be specific, and because this matters more on a motorcycle app than on most: by hosting a ride on Rev-N-Ryd, by letting riders find it, or by providing the map, route, chat, location, or voice features used around it, Rev-N-Ryd does not:

A ride organiser is a rider, not a representative of Rev-N-Ryd. Creating or organising a ride using the Service does not make anyone our employee, agent, partner, contractor, representative, or spokesperson, and does not give them authority to speak for us, make commitments on our behalf, or bind us to anything. The same goes for Circle owners, Circle admins, and anyone else who ends up with a title inside the app. Titles on Rev-N-Ryd describe what a rider can do within the app. They do not describe a relationship with us.

Rev-N-Ryd does not supervise rides or riding. We are not present on a ride, we do not monitor rides as they happen, and we cannot intervene in one.

Rev-N-Ryd is also not an emergency service, a roadside assistance service, a navigation authority, an insurer, a licensing body, or a rider training provider.

2. Riding is the risky part

You already know this, but it belongs in writing.

Motorcycle riding carries inherent risk, including the risk of serious injury and death, and group riding introduces risks of its own — other riders' decisions, unfamiliar formations, unfamiliar roads, unfamiliar people, and pace you didn't choose. Rev-N-Ryd does not reduce those risks, and using the app does not make a ride safe.

By using the Service, you accept the following.

Every decision to ride is yours. Whether to join a ride, whether to stay on it, whether to keep up, whether to turn back, and whether a particular group of riders and a particular route are appropriate for you — those are your calls, made with your own judgment, and nobody else's.

You are responsible for your own compliance. You must hold a valid licence for the motorcycle you're riding, comply with all applicable traffic and road laws, carry the insurance the law requires of you, wear appropriate protective gear, and ensure your motorcycle is roadworthy and legal. Rev-N-Ryd does not check any of this, for you or for anyone else.

We make no guarantees about other riders. We do not guarantee any rider's identity, age, licence, insurance, skill, experience, judgment, sobriety, health, motorcycle condition, or conduct — before, during, or after a ride. We do not guarantee that a rider is who their profile says they are, or that a ride is what its description says it is.

Verification is not a safety guarantee. Where a rider is verified, that means a person at Rev-N-Ryd reviewed an identity document and a selfie and considered them to match. It is not a background check, a criminal record check, a driving record check, a licence check, an insurance check, or an assessment of skill or character. Treat a verification badge as one small data point and nothing more. See section 4 for what verification actually involves.

The information in the app can be wrong. Routes, maps, distances, estimated times, meeting points, destinations, place details, ride descriptions, profiles, garages, and everything else a rider typed in may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated. Live position depends on GPS and mobile networks and may be delayed, imprecise, or entirely absent. Never rely on the app's map to know where another rider actually is, and never rely on a route in the app to know that a road is open, legal, or safe. Verify things in the real world.

Do not use the app while riding. Interact with Rev-N-Ryd when you are stopped and safe. Do not read, type, browse, or configure while operating a motorcycle. If you use Ride Broadcast voice, use it in a way that is legal where you are and that does not compromise your attention, your hearing of traffic, or your control of the motorcycle. Nothing in the Service requires you to look at your phone while moving, and if you feel like it does, stop the ride instead.

In an emergency, call emergency services. Rev-N-Ryd cannot summon help, does not monitor rides, and must never be relied on to get help to you or to anyone else.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or over to use Rev-N-Ryd, and you must be able to form a binding contract where you live. If local law sets a higher minimum age for a service like this, that higher age applies to you.

Signing in. You sign in with Google or with your phone number and an SMS code. We don't issue passwords. Keep control of the Google account or phone number you sign in with — anyone with access to it has access to your Rev-N-Ryd account. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.

One account, honestly held. Your account is yours. Don't share it, sell it, transfer it, or let someone else use it. Don't create an account for someone else or pretend to be someone you aren't. Give us accurate registration information and keep it accurate.

Completing registration. Signing in creates an empty account; registration turns it into a rider profile. Until registration is complete, the app is largely closed to you.

4. Verification, and what it unlocks

Identity verification on Rev-N-Ryd means submitting a photograph of an accepted identity document — Aadhaar, driving licence, passport, or voter ID — plus a selfie. Rev-N-Ryd reviews the submission itself; we do not use a third-party verification provider. A submission is approved or rejected, and a rejection comes with a reason so you can try again.

Verification is deferred, not optional. You can finish registration without it. You cannot do most of what the platform exists for. Without verification you may not:

Browsing, searching, connecting with riders, exploring places and events, saving things, reporting, and contacting support remain available while unverified.

Verification can lapse. If you change the first or last name on a verified account, your verification status expires automatically — the name we checked no longer matches the name you're using — and you'll need to verify again to keep the features above. We may also revoke or refuse verification where we have reason to believe a submission is inaccurate, fraudulent, or not yours.

What it is not is covered in section 2, and we mean it.

4A. Ride Mode, live location, SOS and voice

Live location. During a ride, the app can share your position with the accepted participants of that ride, as described in the Privacy Policy. You choose when to start sharing, and you can stop at any time. Positions shown in the app are approximate and may be delayed or missing (see section 2).

SOS. The SOS feature alerts the other riders in your ride that you have asked for attention. It does not contact Rev-N-Ryd staff, the police, an ambulance or any emergency service, and nobody at Rev-N-Ryd monitors SOS alerts. Whether anyone responds, and how, depends entirely on the riders in your group. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly.

Ride Broadcast (voice). Ride Broadcast lets one rider at a time speak live to the other riders in a ride. It is not recorded by Rev-N-Ryd. Use it only where doing so is legal and safe, and never in a way that takes your attention off the road (see section 2). Don't use it to abuse, disrupt or drown out the group (see section 7).

5. What you post, and what we may do with it

Your content stays yours. You keep whatever rights you already have in the photos, posts, comments, messages, ride and Circle descriptions, and other material you put into Rev-N-Ryd.

You give us permission to run the app with it. By posting content, you grant Rev-N-Ryd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, adapt for technical purposes such as resizing or format conversion, and display that content, for the purpose of operating and providing the Service — which includes showing it to the riders it was meant for and rendering a preview when you or someone else shares a link to it. This licence exists so the app can function. It doesn't let us sell your content or use it in advertising. It ends when the content is removed, except where copies persist in backups or where the content has already been shared onward by others.

You're responsible for what you post. You confirm that you have the rights to post what you post, that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, that it doesn't breach anyone's privacy, and that it doesn't break the law or our Community Guidelines. Content on Rev-N-Ryd comes from riders, not from us — we don't endorse it, and we don't verify it.

Circle and ride content is visible to the people in that Circle or ride. Rev-N-Ryd has no private one-to-one messaging. Assume that anything you write in a Circle or a ride will be read by everyone in it and could be screenshotted or repeated outside it.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines, that we're required to remove, or that presents a risk to riders. We are not obliged to monitor, review, or moderate content, and we don't claim to see everything that gets posted.

6. Other riders and the real world

Rev-N-Ryd introduces riders. What happens after that is between the riders.

You decide who to connect with, who to admit to your Circle, whose ride to join, who to invite, who to meet in person, and who to ride alongside. We do not make those decisions, screen the people involved, or supervise how they turn out. We make no representation about any rider's conduct, honesty, or intentions, and we're not responsible for interactions between riders — online or offline, on the road or off it.

Use the judgment you'd use meeting anyone from the internet, plus the judgment you'd use before riding with a stranger. Meet somewhere public. Tell someone where you're going. Leave a ride that doesn't feel right; you never owe anyone your continued presence on a road.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Rev-N-Ryd to do any of the following.

To people:

With location and personal information:

On the road:

To the Service:

8. Reporting, moderation and enforcement

Reporting. You can report a rider, a ride, a Circle, a post, a place, or an event from within the app, choosing one or more reasons and adding your own explanation. You can also block a rider — blocking is mutual concealment: you disappear from each other in search, discovery and friend matching, in both directions.

What we can do. Where we believe these Terms or the Community Guidelines have been breached, or where riders may be at risk, or where the law requires it, we may investigate, hide or remove content, restrict what an account can do, suspend an account, or terminate it. Suspension blocks an account from signing in and ends its active sessions; it does not delete the rider's data. Suspensions can be lifted.

What we don't claim. Moderation on Rev-N-Ryd is carried out by people reviewing reports. There is no automated enforcement, no strike counter, and no formal appeals process. We don't promise a response time, we don't promise to review every report, and we don't promise that a report will result in action. We may act without a report, and we may decline to act on one. Reporting is how you tell us something is wrong; it isn't a ticket with a guaranteed outcome.

If you think we've got something wrong, use the Contact Us form, or raise a grievance as described in section 15.

9. Suspension, deletion, and closing your account

You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or through the Contact Us form on this website if you've lost access to the app.

Hand over your responsibilities first. If you own a Circle, or you organise a ride that's upcoming or currently active, you'll need to transfer that first — the app tells you which ones and lets you transfer Circle ownership and ride organiser duties to another member. This exists so a Circle or a ride full of riders isn't left without anyone in charge.

What deletion does. Confirming deletion signs you out everywhere, makes your account unavailable to other riders immediately, and replaces your displayed identity with a neutral placeholder. You then have 7 days to change your mind by signing back in with the same Google account or phone number, which restores your account exactly as it was. After 7 days, deletion is finalised and cannot be reversed. The full details of what is erased, what is anonymised, and what historical structure remains are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Starting again. After final deletion, you can sign up again with the same Google account or phone number. It gives you a brand-new account with none of the old one's data or history.

We may end your access where you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, where required by law, or where continuing to serve your account would create risk for other riders. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you.

What survives. Sections that by their nature should outlive the account relationship — content licences for material already shared onward, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and these general provisions — survive termination.

10. Intellectual property

Rev-N-Ryd — the app, the website, the backend, the software, the design, the interface, the name, the logo, the branding, and all original content and materials we create — belongs to M/s Anveshi Ventures and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as a rider, for its intended purpose, for as long as you comply with these Terms. That's the whole of what you get; nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service or its software, or remove or obscure any proprietary notices, except where law expressly permits.

Rider content belongs to riders, as set out in section 5 — we don't claim ownership of it. Third-party components we use remain the property of their owners and are subject to their own terms.

If you believe something on Rev-N-Ryd infringes your intellectual property, tell us through the Contact Us form with enough detail to identify the material.

11. Availability and changes

Rev-N-Ryd is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We may impose reasonable limits on usage to keep the Service working.

We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular moment, and outages, bugs, and data loss are possible. Don't treat Rev-N-Ryd as the only record of anything you can't afford to lose.

Changes to these Terms. We'll update these Terms as the Service changes and update the date at the top when we do. If a change is material, we'll make a reasonable effort to tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it; if you don't, stop using the Service and delete your account.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We specifically make no warranty that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit its exclusion. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you and the rest of this section still does.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Again, this section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Your responsibility to us

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your own use of the Service — including your content, your conduct, your interactions with other riders, your rides, your riding, and your breach of these Terms or of any law — to the extent permitted by applicable law and to the extent such claims are caused by you rather than by us.

15. General

Whole agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and Rev-N-Ryd about the Service.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.

No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this section takes away any protection you have under consumer protection law that applies to you.

Disputes. If you have a problem with the Service, please contact us first at support@revnryd.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved that way, the dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Grievances. Our Grievance Officer is Surbhit Katre, Co-founder, M/s Anveshi Ventures (Rev-N-Ryd). To raise a grievance about content on the Service, about another rider's conduct, or about how we have handled your account or your personal information, email the Grievance Officer at support@revnryd.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. Your grievance will be acknowledged and responded to within the timelines required by applicable law.

Contact. Questions about these Terms: email support@revnryd.com, use the Contact Us form on this website, or write to M/s Anveshi Ventures, Natthulal Katre, Ward No. 33, Hari Om Nagar, Gaykhuri, Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh 481001, India.
